Dipped beam problem

Hi guys, my dipped beam has stopped working in my 2005 vivaro 2.5. Side lights and high beam are fine. I've replaced the bulbs but still no good. I've checked all the fuses behind the cup holder but they're all fine (now the radio is in safe mode too but that's no problem)

Any info on this would be great, thanks in advance.
