H&R lowering springs

Looking at lowering my 2009 Nissan Primastar van.
Thinking of going for H&R springs which lower the van by 35mm
Noticed that there are two different kits, one with spring outer diameter of 155mm and the other with spring outer diameter of 172mm

Without measuring my current springs does anyone know which outer spring diameter I need?
