Cold heaters

hi all,

I've recently purchased a second hand vivaro from a friend. Everything is well with the van, except for one thing.

The heaters work lovely until the van is at its normal running temp, and then they blow cold.

I haven't noticed this before, as it's only now the weather is cold enough to need to put the heaters on

Any suggestions would be a massive help
