Will I be able to drive on a injector down

Hi all just brought my vivaro on a 2008 reg with 135k on the clock noticed it juddering at about 2500 revs me thinking it would be a blow fuse or relay turns out number 4 injector isn't working
The problem of got is I need to use the van to drive to Devon on Saturday would I be ok to drive it or not
