Vivaro 2004 steering problem

Hi Folks, I'm having feeling a bit of play in the steering wheel & took the van to a garage where they said they thought that the top bairn on the steering shaft way the problem,

Can anyone advise me if you can buy the bairn or will it be the full shaft & how much labour i should expect lol
